Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. Every product on this site is delivered by our standard service in the UK mainland (excluding the Scottish Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Channel Islands), All products ordered will normally arrive within 3 - 5 working days. Please note that the delivery services do not operate on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery CostsFor small UK mainland destinations individual orders will be subject to a £4.95 carriage and packing charge. In addition, individual orders below £25.00 will be further subject to a small order handling charge of £2.50.Deliveries to Off-Shore destinations including Northern Irleand, Scottish Isles, Isle of White, Isle of Man will have additional postage charges. Please contact us for further information. Back OrdersIf your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted to keep you informed. Tax ChargesVAT at the standard rate of 20% will be added to all orders. Goods that are dispatched to addresses outside of the European Union are generally not subject to EU VAT. When ordering goods from Disability Supplies for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. They are not held in clear text on any website. GuaranteeEvery product purchased from us is guaranteed by the manufacturer as set out in their guarantee statement. If your purchase fails in some way within the period stated you may return it to us and we will arrange a refund or replacement subject to conditions below. Returns PolicyWithin 28 days of receiptIf your purchase develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, we will generally exchange or refund the item provided it is in 'as-new' condition when returned to us. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange.Outside 28 days of receiptIf your purchase develops a fault after 28 days period you will be responsible for returning the product to us, we will arrange to repair and return the product to you free of charge (UK only). If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as "damaged" or "unchecked" if you're not able to check at the time of delivery.In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Contact us with your Disability Supplies order number and with details of the problem and from where and when the returned parcel can be conveniently collected. We will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever your preference. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery. Unwanted GoodsWithin 7 days of receipt.Provided your purchase remains unused and 'as new' unopened with all seals intact we will accept the product back for a full refund up to 7 days after purchase without question. This refund does not extend to the cost of delivery or return and your product will need to be inspected before reimbursement. We will process a refund by the same means that the goods were purchased, less a 15% handling charge to cover our re-stocking, administration and carriage costs. If you prefer to exchange your returned goods for an alternative product to the same or higher value, we may waive the handling charge.
