The Derwent Gyro is an effective and durable floor turning aid to assist the user during seated transfers, reducing the strain on the knees and ankles. The hard, durable plastic base is fitted with anti-slip spheres, which give excellent stability on a wide range of surfaces and also raise the turning aid off the floor a little, making it easy to pick up from the floor.
